Classic Series Brewers
The serial numbers for most of our brewers can be found on the side, behind the cold water tank. The serial number is located here if you have a K-Elite®, K-Select® or K-Cafe® brewer.
Serial numbers on the K-Classic® brewer can be found in one of two places. On older brewer models, the serial number can be found on the main body of the brewer behind the Drip Tray. To locate, remove the Drip Tray and look into the Drip Tray cutout at eye level. If you cannot locate your serial number behind the Drip Tray, check on the side of the brewer, behind the Cold Water Tank.
The cold water tank on some of our brewers is "rear removable" and the serial number can be located behind it. Brewers with "rear removable" reservoirs are the
K-Compact®, K-Latte® and
K-Duo Essentials®.
K-Mini Basic, K-Mini Plus and K15
The serial number for our MINI series (K-Mini Basic, K-Mini Plus and K15) can be found on the bottom of the brewer. Take care when turning over your brewer, especially if you have already added water to it.
Keurig 2.0 and Plus Series
To view the serial number of these brewers, remove the Water Reservoir. On the exposed side panel of the brewer, you will see the 14-digit, alphanumeric serial number.
Commercial Coffee Makers
K-Suite: The serial number can be found on the bottom of the coffee maker. Take care when turning over your brewer, especially if you have already added water to it.
K140/K145/OfficePRO®: The serial number for our OfficePRO® can be found on the back of the coffee maker.
K150/K150P/K155/OfficePRO® Premier: The serial numbers on the K155, K150, and K150P coffee makers can be found in one of two places. On older models, the serial number can be found on the main body of the brewer behind the Drip Tray. To locate, remove the Drip Tray and look into the Drip Tray cutout at eye level. If you cannot locate your serial number behind the Drip Tray, check on the back of the coffee maker.
K1500: The serial number can be found behind the water reservoir on the side panel of the coffee maker.
K2500: The serial number can be found behind the drain tubes on the back of the coffee maker. There is a door on the back panel of the coffee maker that opens for access to the drain tubes and serial number.
K3000/K3500: The serial number can be found behind the pod bin. To locate, pull the drip tray forward and pull the pod bin out. The serial number will be located on the back wall of the coffee maker behind the bin.
K4000: The serial number is located under the powder hopper hood. To locate, lift the mixer door up and look for the number to the left.
