What happens if I do not reach the Keurig® Starter Kit purchase commitment minimum? Is there a cancellation fee? How much will I be charged?

If the minimum is not met within 12 months, you will be charged a cancelation fee equal to 50% of the list price of the coffee maker if you choose a K-Elite® K-Select®, K-Café®, K-Café Special Edition®, K-Classic®, K-SupremeTM or K-Duo® Plus Coffee Maker which is determined based on the price of the coffee maker at time of purchase. If you choose a K-Mini Plus® Coffee Maker, you will be charged a cancelation fee equal to full list price of the coffee maker, which is determined based on the price of the coffee maker at the time of purchase.
