Why am I receiving the Oops Message?

If you’re receiving the Oops message, please ensure you’re using an authorized Keurig® pod.

To ensure you’re using authorized pods:

1. Verify the box has a Keurig® logo OR
User-added imageUser-added image

2. Verify the pod has a light colored ring around the pod lid.
