Troubleshooting Tip: My Brewer Appears to be Leaking from the Bottom
If water appears to be leaking from the bottom of your Keurig® brewer, please try the following troubleshooting tips. Note, if you have a K15 or MINI Plus Brewer, please see My K15 / MINI Plus Brewer Appears to be Leaking.
Verify the water isn’t coming from the Cold Water Reservoir. If your Cold Water Reservoir is leaking, replacement tanks can be purchased on Keurig.com.
To see if the Cold Water Reservoir is leaking, check the following:
- Remove the Cold Water Reservoir. Is there water in the well underneath?
- When you hold the full Water Reservoir over the sink, is water leaking out?
If you’ve confirmed the Cold Water Reservoir isn’t leaking and water still appears to be seeping from the bottom of the brewer, please contact our Customer Service team for further assistance at 1-866-901-BREW(2739)
