Troubleshooting Tip: My Brewer Isn’t Powering On

If you are unable to power your brewer on, please try the following troubleshooting tips:

  • Verify the brewer is plug correctly into the outlet
  • Verify other appliances work in the same outlet. If other appliances fail to power on as well there could be an issue with the outlet
  • Check to see if the brewer powers on using a different kitchen outlet
  • Ensure the power button is pushed to turn the brewer on. On the Keurig® Plus / Keurig® 2.0 Series, tap the power icon located on the lower right of the LCD screen once
