How to Track an Order on Keurig.com
When you place an order on Keurig.com, a confirmation of your order details is sent to the email address you have provided during checkout. Once the order is ready to be shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation which contains your tracking information.
If you placed your order with a Keurig.com account, you may also access your order detail and tracking information by following these steps:
Step 1: Sign in to your account and click the ‘My Account’ link in the header.
Step 2: From the My Account Dashboard page, you are able to view your recent orders. To find tracking information, click on the order number that you are interested in viewing (highlighted below). If you are looking for an older order, click on ORDERS in the header.
Once you are in the order, click TRACK PACKAGE to view the tracking information.
Please note that you may not be able to track your order until your package is picked up and scanned by FedEx. Your order will be processed and picked up on business days only.
