How to Change Your Communication Options
Use the following to subscribe or unsubscribe to promotional email communications. By unsubscribing from promotional email communications, you will still receive emails related to transactions including brewer registrations, order confirmations, and shipping confirmations.
Step 1: Sign in to your account and click the ‘My Account’ link in the header.
Step 2: Click PROFILE then click UPDATE OTHER COMMUNICATION OPTIONS
Step 3: You will be redirected to a new page. This is where you can manage all of your Keurig and Green Mountain Coffee Roaster communications.
Please note that it can take up to 10 business days for us to process your subscription request. You may still receive promotional emails from us during this time.
