How to Track an Order on Keurig.com
When you place an order on Keurig.com, a confirmation of your order details is sent to the email address you have provided during checkout. Once the order is ready to be shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation which contains your tracking information.
If placed your order with a Keurig.com account, you may also access your order detail and tracking information by following these steps:
Step 1: Sign in to your account and click the ‘My Account’ link in the header.
Step 2: Click on the ‘My Orders’ tab to view all of your placed orders along with the status.
To view the tracking information, select ‘View’ for the order you would like to see. The tracking number can be found in the item header. You may see multiple tracking numbers if your order was shipped in multiple shipments.
Please note that you may not be able to track your order until your package is picked up and scanned by FedEx. Your order will be processed and picked up on business days only.
