If you have multiple accounts with Keurig® and would like to combine them into one, please email our Customer Service team using the Contact Us form with the following information:
Reason for Contact: Questions about my account
Specific Question/Issue: My Account Information
Please be sure to include the following when requesting accounts merged:
- Email of primary account (surviving account)
- Email of account to be merged (will be merged with primary account)
Please note, processing time for merging accounts is 10-14 business days. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact our Customer Service team at 866-901-2739(BREW).
