How to Manage an Existing Auto-Delivery Order

Step 1: Sign in to your account and click the ‘My Account’ Icon in the header.

Step 2: Click on "Orders"

Step 3: Click on "Auto-Delivery"

Step 4: Click on "Order Details"

Step 5: On this page, you are able to adjust your Auto Delivery schedule, skip your order or process the order now.

ADJUST AUTO DELIVERY SCHEDULE
To adjust your process date, click "Adjust My Schedule". Here, you can select what date you would like your Auto Delivery to process and/or the frequency in which your Auto Delivery processes. When you're finished, click "Save".

SKIP ORDER
If you want to delay the processing of your Auto-Delivery order, click "Skip This Order". A pop up will appear asking for you to confirm whether or not you would like to skip this order. Simply click "Yes, Skip" if this is what you would like to do.

PROCESS ORDER NOW
To process your Auto-Delivery now, click "Process This Order Now". Then click, "Yes, Process Order". Please note that Auto Delivery orders only process Monday-Friday.
